Job Description:
Responsibilities:

• Craft a research strategy and roadmap
• Conduct discovery and research
• Analyze research data and synthesize insights
• Communicate research findings to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
• Collaborate with designers to communicate user needs and expectations

Documentation Creation:

• Research strategy proposal
• Discussion guides and scripts
• Candidate screeners
• Stakeholder Readouts

Presentation:

• Research findings readout presentation to research leadership and team
• Research findings readout presentation to cross-functional multi-department stakeholders

Communication:

• Keep client stakeholders in the loop for all communications with recruiting agency or any other third party vendors

Tool Expertise:

• UserZoom, Mural, Qualtrics
• MS 365 Suite

Experience:

• Should have worked in similar capacity over the last 8-10 years showcasing user research experience in the digital applications and platforms space.
• Experience in healthcare industry will be plus
• Bachelor’s or MS in a human behavior related field (or equivalent and demonstrable work experience)
