Responsibilities of Maintenance Supervisor:

* Oversee and coordinate maintenance tasks for multifamily properties
* Conduct regular inspections to ensure properties are up to code
* Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs
* Provide guidance and support to maintenance staff
* Keep detailed records of maintenance activities

Essential job functions of Maintenace Supervisor:

* 5+ years of experience in real estate multifamily maintenance
* HVAC certification
* Strong communication skills
* Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
* Detail-oriented and organized
